Staying young, is what everybody wants and hopes for, but as our age multiplies, it becomes a challenge to maintain that teenage body. As we grow old, our skin loses its glow and gets painted with wrinkles and unwanted patches. Skin is a sensory organ that marks our age, so if you want to stay young, you should take care of your skin. Taking care of your skin doesn’t mean, buying expensive makeup, but it means to follow some basic routine. In this article, I will be telling you about a routine, that you can follow on a daily basis, to get young and beautiful skin:

Step 1: STAYING ACTIVE:-As soon as you wake up in the morning, make sure that you wash your face with some herbal face wash. After this, roll on your mat and go for some YOGA, to regulate you breathing and to get that glow! Apart from that, spend some time exercising. You can go for the basic walk outside your home, or you can join a gym. If you don’t have access to both, then you can use apps designed for the same and exercise at home.

Step 2: KEEP AN EYE ON WHAT YOU EAT:- if you want to get a glowing skin, then keep an eye on what you eat. Avoid salty and sugary stuff because such kind of foods led to the breaking of COLLAGEN! Collagen keeps your skin tight and, the breaking of collagen leads to wrinkles and pigmentation. One should try avoiding junk foods and carbonated drinks because they consist of high levels of salt and sugar respectively!

Step 3: EAT RIGHT:-Eat foods with antioxidants. Antioxidants are found in leafy vegetables, tomatoes, beetroot, citrus fruits, pomegranate etc. Apart from this, add nuts like: almonds, walnut etc in your diet, for the high level of Omega 3 fats. These fats nourish your skin cells, making it soft and supple!

Step 4: CLEANSE, TONE, MOISTURIZE:- Use a good cleanser, to remove the dirt from your face. After that apply toner and finish with a moisturizer. Always use herbal brands for best results and never sleep with your makeup on. Use makeup of a well known brand. For rosy lips try lip balms or glycerine.

Step 5: SCREEN IT:-Grab a sunscreen with high SPF, usually more than 30. Sunscreen block the dangerous UV rays of the Sun and thus prevent skin aging. Always use sunscreen before going out of the house.

Step 6: MIND YOUR TEETH:- Not only your skin, but your teeth also contribute to your youth. So always brush your teeth twice a day. For people, with bad breath, alcohol-free mouthwash is a saviour.

Step 7: SLEEP ON TIME: – Our skin renews itself, when we sleep. So, it is important to have a good sleep, to have that extra fresh and dewy skin.

Step 8: EMBRACE YOURSELF:- Always remember that you are beautiful, the way you are. So accept and embrace yourself. Loving yourself is the key to unending youth.
