Amla is also considered as Indian gooseberry. This fruit is rich in Vitamin C, so people suffering from the deficiency of vitamin C can intake it. In the winter season, people face the problem of a cough and cold. Amla helps in the treatment of cold and cough. Studies have shown that Amla is beneficial in improving eyesight as it contains the high level of carotene is present in amla. In this season, Joint pain and swelling is observed among people above 35, Amla is helpful to reduce swelling as they contain anti-inflammatory properties. Amla is the great source for reducing stress level and is also profitable in improving digestion. It is the best medicine for blood pressure. It is also helpful in controlling diabetes. 5) Dry fruits –
Dry fruits are expensive fruits. In winter, the demands of dry fruits increase. They are very healthy and good source of the human body. They are the best gift in winter. Nuts, Almonds, Cashew nuts, Walnuts, Raisins and Dates as rich of different vitamins, minerals, enzymes fibers, calcium, iron, phosphorus etc. They have many benefits of skin. Almonds are called the “King of dry fruits”.
They are rich in vitamin E, zinc, and selenium. Almonds help to promote blood circulation and improve hemoglobin levels. Figs are also called as Anjeer. Figs are rich in potassium and help to control blood sugar.
