Sharing is Caring-

Sex is such an important component of life, yet at the same time shamed by many in our society. Many of the teachings we learn through school, religion, and peers is that sex is a negative, dirty thing that serves only to distract us from our goals.

Our desires and sexual inclinations are to be quelled, and what we do in our bedrooms is not to be brought outside of it. The irony of this is that sex and the energy it creates in our bodies is so integral to human interaction and growth– from how we learn to express love to the amount of success we manifest, sex energy is a big deal in our lives! As such, I think it’s important to consider the idea of sexual energy, how it can be exchanged, and how to channel this energy to fortify our own spirits.

“If everything goes well & sex is natural & flowing, it is a beautiful experience because you can have a glimpse of the second through it. If sex goes really very deep, so that you forget yourself completely in it, you can even have a glimpse of third through it. And if the sex becomes a totally orgasmic experience you can even have a glimpse of the fourth, Turiya the beyond through it.” ~ Osho

Sexuality is closely associated with Spirituality, although it is  consider an obstacle in the path of Spirituality due its wild nature of energy. It opens our heart to love, and enables us to experience deep meditative states and mystical bliss. These are the characteristics and true nature of our spirit. Living your life with this level of intimacy would allow the creative energy of the universe to merge with your spirit. Wouldn’t that make it important to be aware who you share this intimacy with?

Homosexuality in Ancient India & Modern India

There is nothing such as casual or meaningless sex. When we get intimate with anybody we tend to receive their positivity or negativity and unknowingly incorporate it in our everyday lives.

Jeffery Armstrong in his article, The Ancient Art and Science of Sexual Healing says, “What could be accomplished by bringing the male and the female body together? The answer to this question is physical, biological, vital, mental, emotional, and spiritual. And since our bodies share characteristics with the animal realm, it is obviously possible for us to be pulled in both an upward and downward direction through our endowment of energies.” Sex is not good or bad, it is ecstatic and to truly experience the possibility of connecting higher states of awareness with peak sexual experiences, we have to first understand its significance. “Sexual energy is not opposed to spiritual energy. In fact they have the same source. But you want your spiritual intelligence to guide and lovingly direct your sexual instincts, rather than have your unconscious instincts guide your thought and behavior.”

A person who has slept with a variety of people will naturally absorb some of their sexual energy and retain it until it has been cleansed. Therefore, people with multiple partners may carry quite a confused aura that others can feel and which can attract negative energy and repel positive circumstances into their life. Sex energy results in the development of a powerful, magnetic quality to a person’s aura/personality. Even Napoleon Hill mentions this in his book “Think and Grow Rich”, where he states all the influential people he interviewed had strong sexual auras. Sexual energy makes people want to be around you, and gives you the confidence needed to get things done. Harnessing and exuding this energy also makes us more attractive to potential suitors.

Remember that your body, no matter how imperfect, is sacred.  It is where your divine soul resides. Treat your body with love and respect.  After all, it is the only one that you can really call yours in this life. If you want to be loved the right way, start by loving yourself, your body, the right way. When you do this, you will attract the same energy. You will find the kind of love you have always wanted.
Only give yourself (in sex) to someone you are willing to share your whole life with.  Reserve your body for someone you will love enough, to make you willing to accept all that this person can bring into your life: good or bad.  It is only love that can heal the hurt, pain and burden one has.
